There are several options: By taxi (About $15 for couples extra for baggage and added head). By renting a car (THRIFTY / PARADISE have a desk both on property and the airport).

Depending on the hour, it is usually 15 minutes. A bridge en route opens three times daily for boat passage. Winter schedule (Dec-Apr): 09:00, 09:30, 11:00, 11:30, 16:30, 17:30. Summer schedule (May 1-Nov 30): 09:30, 11:30, 17:30 (subject to change).
